ABOUT US
VITOEO GROUP (V.G) is the combination of five original groups that amalgamated into one group. It has mother organization that is called MUVIKI and acts as guidance. It has registration number 00NGO/1645 and hence it can decide and act independently to the mother organization also it has its own assets and account as individual group.
Its headquarter is found at Kishanda-Muleba in Kagera region in Tanzania. It is aiming specifically for serving the society through starting the activities such as small scale agriculture ,Bee keeping,dug fish pond breeding and general Environmental conservation in the areas.
VISION: To visualize and enhance our structure in order to help as many people as possible to get a better life and lift them out of the visious cycles of Poverty, Illiteracy and Diseases.
MISSION: To reach the hearts and life of the people in the society and serve others through drawing such people closest to us and starting small projects which will enable them to sustain their betterment life and hence avoid the economic crisis in their areas.
OBJECTIVES:
VITOEO GROUP has a general purpose of maintaining the life standard of the people through preparing the means in which people may be served from poverty and the economic crisis facing them in the area and the whole country.
It is doing these through
i) improving small scale agriculture specifically in production of fruits, vegetables and other food crops through scheme irrigation program available in our area.
ii) starting of fish farming projects hence make easy availability of nutritious food to the children and adults in the society
iii) Emphasizing the livestock keeping in the area in which the milk and beef will be supplied to the people in enough quantity
iv) Production of vanilla and Rosella for our own uses and selling in which the market will be our project determinant for active continuation.
v) Enhancing and enabling the growth of Jatropha for production of Diesel oil as a measure of finding alternatives source of energy in the country hence avoid energy crisis.
vi) Dealing with afforestation issues in the areas as a way of considering the environmental conservation in our country campaign.
vii) Establishing Bee keeping system in which honey supply will be easy to the people also enhancement of biological production for stable pollination to the plant flowers hence stimulation of health plants.
ADMINISTRATION
VITOEO group consists of 5 members chosen from five groups (TUJUNANGANE, BULEBELO, WAWAU, KAWAE B and MUUNGANO GROUP) under MUVIKI/CBO agreement.
These are:
1. Vedasto Domician (Chairperson).
2. George Prosper (Vice chairperson).
3. Eustace Karasteile (secretary).
4. Jasper Babisigayo (Ass. Secretary).
5. Vedasto Ponsian (Cashier).
STRATEGIC PLAN: This is through implementing Self-help in all planned issues and future projects in the group.
